Service Partner database

The Service Partner database is an information management system that allows you to provide the data about your organization that Crown needs to approve you as a partner to Crown. Click on the link below and you will be taken to a secure environment where you can access your information. It’s your responsibility to update the information when needed. For example, you may have some key staff changes that you want to update us on, or you may change your business address or contact details. From time to time, we will send you reminders to update certain information such as insurance documents or quality certifications. It’s important for you to keep this information up to date - not doing so could lead to us suspending your status as an approved Crown partner.

Learning with Crown

In this increasingly complex environment of international service provision, it is important to us that our partners have a thorough understanding of topics that are important to Crown and its Clients. We want to share our knowledge with partners to help them represent Crown in a way that reflects our business ethos. To support you in this, we are developing a number of learning programs that are aligned to those taken by our own staff. Some are mandatory, others are voluntary. You will be invited to take those programs that are most appropriate to the services you are providing on our behalf. Participation will contribute to our Partner Accreditation Program which we will be introducing later in 2015. We hope that you enjoy the programs and find them helpful.
